Come reminisce about your days spent changing lives at Hidden Villa’s Summer Camp Staff Reunion! We will share stories, enjoy activities and unwind in the valley we all love. This weekend is dedicated to the long legacy of driven people that worked so hard to steward Hidden Villa Summer Camp and keep it the life changing program that it still is today.

The Camp Staff Reunion will begin on Saturday, July 15 at 8:00 AM. Registration will include three meals in the Hostel and a fun filled day of activities. You may register for sleeping space at the Hostel or book a campsite as well. For those staying overnight, check out is on Sunday at 10:30 AM, after breakfast. For people that need to arrive early, Early Arrival will begin on Friday at 7:00 PM.

All good camp programs need solid staff, so please consider volunteering and receive a $20 discount on your registration fee. Volunteer responsibilities will support Bubbles, dining room set-up and clean-up and other support roles for the event.

This is a family friendly event. Children staying in the hostel, who will need their own bed, will need to register as an individual.

8:30am: Breakfast

9:30am: Reflection

10:30am: Activities (may include Ropes Course, Archery, Cow Wash)

12:30pm: Lunch

1:30pm: Siesta

2:30pm: Activities: Pool, Nature Hike

4:30pm: Snack and Happy Hour

6:30pm: Dinner

8:00pm: Campfire

Sunday, July 16:

8:00am: Breakfast

10:30am: Check Out


Event Admission (Saturday activities plus breakfast, lunch, dinner.)

            General Admission (ages 12 and up): $60/person

            General Admission (ages 2-12): $40/person

            General Admission (under 2 years): free


Submit for a volunteer role and receive $20 off.


Lodging Accommodations:

            Hostel accommodations and breakfast on Sunday: $40/bed

            Camping accommodations and breakfast on Sunday: $15/campsite


Friday Night Arrival (7pm check-in): $25 /person

Bring your tent and sleep in Hollow Oak. Tents are limited to a 4-person tent footprint in order to accommodate as many people as possible. This is a family-friendly space.
