Hidden Villa’s Residential Internship Program is contributing to the next generation of thoughtful educators, innovative organic farmers, and creative non-profit leaders. This 9-12 month residential internship provides hand-on departmental work experience, Weekly Educational Workshops (Monday Classes) focused on sustainable systems, education and non-profit leadership, completion of a Special Projects that contributes to organizational goals set forth in our Strategic Plan, access to the Hidden Villa Intern Alumni Network, and mentorship opportunities to further career goals.

Internships are offered in several departments: Animal Husbandry, Environmental Education, Sustainable Agriculture, Journeyman Farmer, Community Programs, Development and Visitor Services.
