Description

The Hostel is a wonderful hub for exploring Hidden Villa and the Greater Bay Area!  The Hostel is comprised of 9 small, rustic cabins, a bathhouse, and a large main building that includes dining, living, and kitchen areas.  The 9 cabins are each unique and collectively hold 37 beds.  There are 4 bunk cabins, 4 private cabins, and 1 double cabin.  Use this map to see the specific bedding accommodations in the cabins.  Surrounding the hostel is a lovely flagstone patio, an outdoor picnic area, and gorgeous views of the farm and mountains.  Imagine waking up to the sounds of birds chirping, cows mooing and rays of sunshine spilling over the hillsides!

The rental space also includes:

• Large monitor for Audio/Visual hook-ups and presentations

• Bathhouse with a total of 4 private toilet stalls and 4 private shower stalls

Important Information:

We require an additional $500 refundable cleaning and damage deposit for every rental.  If the facility is left in satisfactory conditions and all rental policies are followed during the event, we will refund the deposit after the event.

We require the renting party procures and maintains general liability insurance for the event and lists Hidden Villa as additionally insured

Frequently Asked Questions:

Q) Do you provide food service?

A) No.  We do have a list of recommended caterers that we can share once bookings are made.  If your group is cooking for the event, you can pre-order Hidden Villa meat products to incorporate into your meal(s).

Q) Can we use the kitchen?

A) Yes.  The large kitchen is wonderful for individuals and groups to cook in and enjoy!  It has a large commercial stove/oven, a large refrigerator, a family refrigerator, a freezer and a sanitizer.  There is ample counter, sink and storage space.  The kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, appliances, etc.  There is flatware and silverware for 40.  

Q) Do you provide a cleaning service?

A) No.  We ask that groups leave the facility in the same condition as which they found it.  There are rags, cleaning solutions, soap, trash bags, and brooms available at each facility.  

Q) Do the cabins have heat?

A) Yes.  All cabins have either space heaters or wall heaters.

Q) Is Alcohol allowed?

A) Yes.  Alcohol is allowed only at the rental facility.  It is not permitted anywhere else on the property.  

Q) Do the linen sets include towels?

A) No.

Q) Can we bring our own linens?

A) Yes.

Q) Is there wifi?

A) Yes. There is wifi in the Main Building.  It does not reach the cabins.  

Q) Are dogs and pets allowed?

A) No.  Dogs and pets are not allowed inside the facilities unless they are a certified service animal.

The hostel can be rented by individuals or groups. 

Renting the Entire Hostel for a Private Group
The entire Hidden Villa Hostel can be rented out for hosting your private group. The Hostel facilities are ideal for yoga and meditation retreats, family gatherings and celebrations, colleges, and other organizations. The Hostel can sleep up to 39 guests. Please note that a 2-night minimum is required for groups renting out the Hostel during weekends (a 3-night minimum for holiday weekends).
