Description
Prerequisite: Part one of the Wildlife Tracking for Beginners series (from this season or previous seasons.)
For this class, we will rendezvous at Gazos Creek State Beach and put our new skills to work with some actual field tracking. Sand is among the most treasured substrates for tracking and it can sometimes capture long trails that tell intricate stories of where an animal went, what it did along the way, and perhaps even why it did all that. Be prepared for variable coastal weather, no matter what's forecasted for inland areas. You may register for either or both field sessions.
