Day Camp

Description

Day campers enjoy time at Hidden Villa exploring our farm and surrounding natural beauty. Daily choice activities may include hiking, swimming, arts & crafts, games, nature exploration, or time with our farm animals.

Each age cohort builds on the next so our camp experience grows with your camper!  Campers entering third and fourth grade will have a special option to spend the night at Hidden Villa from Thursday night to Friday; dinner and breakfast will be provided. 

Families should plan to pack a lunch for their camper, Hidden Villa will provide a morning and afternoon snack.

Who Is This For?

Youth entering K - 4th grades in Fall 2025.

Duration

Each day begins at 9 am and ends at 4 pm.

We offer extended care from 8 am - 9 am in the mornings and 4 pm - 5 pm in the afternoons. Sign up information for Extended Care will be included in the Welcome Packet you receive prior to camp. 

Camp Sessions

Session 1: June 16 - 20 (Camp is in session on Juneteenth)

Session 2: June 23 - 27

Session 3: June 30 - July 3rd (No camp on July 4th *Discounted rate - $700*)

Session 4: July 7 - 11

Session 5: July 14 -18

Session 6: July 21- 25

Session 7: July  28 - Aug 1

 

Price

$850 

Financial aid is available on a limited basis for all youth and families with financial need. Applications will be thoughtfully considered on a case by case basis and we will notify you as soon as possible of your scholarship amount.  In line with our camp values of inclusion, equity and accessibility, we strongly encourage applications from those belonging to communities who have experienced marginalization or underrepresentation.  

To apply for financial aid, please complete the “Optional Financial Aid Form” located in the online UltraCamp portal during the registration process. *If the $125 deposit is outside of your means at time of Registration, please email [email protected] to receive support.*

Registration

Early Registration for Summer Camp will open in December for all families registered for our 2024 season. More information to come.

Registration will open to the entire community in January 2025.
