Backpacking Trip Leader
The Backpacking Trip Leader is responsible for the successful preparation and completion of Hidden Villa’s backpacking programs, Watershed Wanderers and Bay to Sea. Day Camp Counselors work collaboratively to implement play based programming and create a positive learning experience that supports the natural wonder of our campers.
