For Adults and Students age 16 and up

Jeannie Mckenzie of Pinehaven farm will reveal the great mysteries of making awesome chevre and fantastic feta, as well as the mysterious St. Maure! In addition to learning everything you’ll need to know to make yummy cheeses in your own kitchen, you’ll have the opportunity to sample other scrumptious Pineheaven Farm creations and visit the goat yard to meet our own curious and gentle goats. Pick herbs and edible flowers from our organic garden to add different notes to your creation, then craft cheese by hand in the beautiful Duveneck House. Class size limited to ensure everyone gets full benefit of this wonderfully interactive session. Class fee includes all materials you'll need.

Rates stated as "per person" apply to both adults and children. Unless otherwise noted in program description, child rates apply to ages 2-12 and children UNDER 2 are free. Senior rate applies to ages 60 and up. Must present valid student identification to receive student discount. Limited Income option is for those who cannot otherwise afford to register.
